Our residential service is truly all-around superior. We offer a weekly pickup schedule of Monday through Friday depending on your location for most residents. While our standard service is curb-side, we also offer driveway and front/back door service depending on circumstances and feasibility. However, this option is primarily reserved for seniors, customers with disabilities, and other peculiar situations for which there is usually an additional charge. We also provide an optional 95 gallon can on wheels upon request for an additional fee. We always strive to remain flexible in our services and schedules in order to fully meet the needs of each individual customer. Our unique offer to any new customer is: 1st service month FREE with a payment for 3 months in advance.
• All garbage should be placed out by at least 7:00am on your scheduled service day. We will NOT return for garbage that was not set out in time. We recommend placing your garbage out the night before your scheduled service day at least for customers serviced in the morning hours.
• Large and/or out of the ordinary items such as appliances, furniture, carpet, and construction debris MUST be called in ahead of time. Extra charges may apply for these types of materials as well.
• We will not be held responsible in any way for damages to garbage cans that are not the property of Superior Sanitation LLC.
• Sharing of services is absolutely prohibited. Each household must have its own account.
• Holiday schedules vary depending on the specific holiday. Please call or check our online schedule for possible changes.
• You must call in to cancel your service and/or schedule a final service date. Refunds can be issued on a limited basis.
• All major credit cards are accepted for your convenience by either phone or online. Of course, we still accept cash, checks, and money orders as well.
