Residential Service

Proudly servicing McMinn, Monroe, and Meigs Counties as well as parts of Rhea, Roane, Loudon, Polk, and Bradley Counties for over 40 years. We offer a weekly pickup schedule of Monday through Friday depending on your location for most residents including curbside or dumpsters. A 95 gallon can on wheels is provided.

 

Guidelines:
• We recommend placing your garbage out the night before your day of service. We will not return for garbage that was not set out in time. 
• Large and/or out of the ordinary items such as appliances, furniture, carpet, and construction debris must be called in ahead of time. Extra charges may apply for these types of materials as well.
• We will not be held responsible in any way for damages to garbage cans that are not the property of Superior Sanitation LLC.
• Sharing of services is absolutely prohibited. Each household must have its own account.
• Currently we work all holidays except for Christmas Day. Please check this website or our business Facebook Page for any changes due to weather or unforeseen circumstances. A personal Facebook account needed is not necessary: Superior Sanitation LLC | Athens TN | Facebook
• You must call in to cancel your service and/or schedule a final service date. Refunds can be issued on a limited basis.
• All major credit cards are accepted for your convenience by either phone or online. Of course, we still accept cash, checks, and money orders as well.
